Don't let corroded hardware ruin your high-performance brakes. The bolts connecting your two-piece rotors are subjected to extreme heat cycles, vibration, and the elements. Standard plated bolts can rust, seize, and fail, compromising your entire brake system. Our 304 Stainless Steel Rotor Hat Hardware is engineered to be the definitive, reliable solution, providing exceptional corrosion resistance and consistent clamping force for any performance or racing application.
Material | 304 Stainless Steel (18-8) |
Tensile Strength | Class A2-70 (Approx. 700 MPa / 100,000 PSI) |
Finish | Natural Oxidized Stainless |
Kit Contents | Set of 20 Bolts, Nuts, and Washers (Services Two Rotors) |
It's the optimal balance of properties for this specific application. While some alloy steels have higher ultimate tensile strength, they are extremely susceptible to rust and corrosion, especially in a high-heat, high-exposure environment. 304 stainless provides excellent, reliable strength while offering far superior, long-lasting corrosion resistance.
Yes. For any critical, high-vibration brake component, we always recommend applying a medium-strength, high-temperature thread locking compound during assembly and torquing the hardware to the specification provided with your brake kit.
These are not single-use torque-to-yield bolts. They can be reused if they are inspected and found to be in perfect condition (no stretched or damaged threads, no signs of fatigue). However, for maximum safety in a racing or frequent track-use environment, we strongly recommend replacing rotor hardware each time you replace the iron brake rings.
Don't compromise on the details. Ensure your two-piece rotors are assembled with hardware you can trust. Contact us to order the correct hardware set for your specific brake kit.
Contact UsThe big parts get all the glory, but the right accessories are what separate a good brake setup from a great one. Here’s how we help you get the exact supporting parts you need, from high-performance fluid to custom brackets.
Give us the rundown on your vehicle (make, model, year, VIN) and your current brake setup. Knowing your caliper and rotor specs, plus how you drive, helps us nail the fitment.
Our team will recommend the perfect accessories for your system—whether you need stainless steel brake lines for a firmer pedal, high-temp brake fluid for the track, or custom-machined caliper brackets and rotor hats for a bespoke build.
We'll present you with the options. You review the recommendations, finalize your choices, and complete the order easily through our website or a custom invoice.
Once you give us the go-ahead, we gather all the correct components, double-check compatibility, and assemble your tailored accessory package.
Everything gets a final quality check before being securely packed. As soon as it's on its way, we'll send you the tracking info so you can follow it to your door.
