Maximum rigidity, minimum weight. The TR40 is the cornerstone of a world-class braking system, engineered for circuit racers and serious track enthusiasts who demand absolute precision and endurance.
Machined from a single piece of forged aerospace-grade aluminum, the monoblock construction provides unparalleled resistance to flex, ensuring a consistently firm and linear pedal under the most extreme braking events. Competition-specific features include internal fluid channels protected from track debris, a quick-change bridge for rapid pad swaps in the pits, and ventilated stainless steel pistons for superior heat management. This is a no-compromise braking system for dedicated race cars, custom-engineered as a complete, bolt-on solution for your specific application.
The following data is essential for race engineers and professional builders. Pay close attention to Total Piston Area for calculating master cylinder sizing and brake bias, and Net Weight for unsprung mass calculations. Your bespoke kit will be configured with one selection from each of the Rotor and Brake Pad option groups.
